H&C Metals, Inc. Employees Have Become Licensed To Evacuate Freon From Appliances Designated As Scrap Metal.

H&C Metals, Inc. is pleased to announce that two additional employees have become licensed to evacuate Freon from appliances designated as scrap metal. The Section 608 certification, in keeping with the U.S. EPA Clean Air Act of 1990, is required for the disposing of air-conditioning or refrigeration equipment (appliances). H&C complies with the refrigerant recycling requirements as described in 40 CFR Part 82, Sub Part F, and Section 608 Refrigerant Recycling Rule of the Clean Air Act.
